Project-LATA 1. Successfully
coordinated high-profile conversion of three PSTN central offices (with
multiple end offices) to SS7 network, early and under budget, and developed
plan for additional 3 offices. Worked
with all levels of engineers and management.

Organized E911portion of 408 Area Code Split to reroute
emergency telephone service to new 831 NPA.
Identified priority issues and solutions for E911 Network conversion and
wrote Conversion Plan. Completed
mandatory deadline without incident or delay.

Converted, moved and installed ACDs. Project
managed 2 internal PacBell Call Centers to move, expand and convert from DMS100
Teloquent to 5ESS Pinnacles ACD system, working with system engineers and
