The windows and doors are pre-installed by the factory in the flat wall panels, so the house is simply assembled like a kit from a set of instructions. 

You can build on concrete slab, or the flexible Webtec™ floor system will enable you to build on pilings, a crawlspace or a full basement. This flexibility is highly desirable when building on the steep slopes of our Smoky Mountains hillsides. The floating roof truss system means that you don't have any interior load bearing walls, yet it stands up to high winds and snow loads with strength to spare. This allows you to create a panoramic open floor plan to take advantage of your scenic views. Choose from a variety of exterior sidings and colors, as well.

We love these Deltec Homes so much that we're now an authorized sales representative for Deltec™ and we're working on getting into the business of designing, selling and building them. We're even looking into creating an affordable Deltec Eco-village somewhere here in the Smokies!
